Original Work "Floral Aria" to Illustrate New Season

Updated: 2 days ago

Greetings Music Lovers!

It’s my great pleasure to donate one of my paintings for the purpose of raising funds for First Coast Opera, a most worthy endeavor that brings the joy of opera to all of us in northeast Florida.

My journey as a visual artist started as a child in New England and early years into adulthood in Southern California. After getting a Master’s degree in painting and drawing I traveled to Europe and lived in Greece, on the island of Rhodes for two years before spending the next twenty-four years in Paris as an artist and art educator. Stints in New York City and Chicago eventually led to my current home in northeast Florida where the landscape, weather and seas (sometimes wild) continue to stimulate my imagination.

For more information, please visit my website: forces-at-play.com. Leave a message for me there and I’ll send you the latest news of exhibitions and other updates.

All best, Alain Hentschel
